Good morning hivers from Nigeria 🇳🇬. You are welcome to my daily diary where I talk about my day and what I do at work. So, let us discuss how yesterday went by.

I visited two sites yesterday, one had an issue with the landing door of the elevator while the other had an issue with a faulty phase relay which both sites were located at Ikoyi Lagos, Nigeria.

I visited the site with faulty landing door first with my colleagues. The fourth floor was complained not to be closing well and my colleague agreed to fix it. While he was in the shaft of the elevator, I was in the lift helping him to call the lift from inside the elevator to different floors.

After the landing door issue was fixed, we went on to our next site which was to fix the phase relay.

This is the building of the site I next visited while the guy ahead is one of my colleagues at work. So we move up to fix the phase relay. The building is a twelve storey building if you may ask.

After fixing in the phase, the lift began to move but there was a small problem. We noticed the elevator moved but was not opening the doors. After performing some series of troubleshooting and couldn't really figure out the problem then we decided to change the board of the elevator.

In the picture, above you could see the two boards. We are actually changing them and also swapping the microchips as well. When changing the IC's, you will need to be careful especially with the legs of the IC because if any get broken, the whole chip is useless.

After swapping, we figured out that the main problem came from the plugs connected to the board. They were not contacting well but we were able to adjust them and the lift was left it proper condition.

So, it is a new day and it's Saturday Morning here. I have done my morning devotion and presently just finished cleaning the car. Looks like my dad is going out but I don't know where though.

That's the car I just finished cleaning. Beside the front tire below, you would sight my dog 🐕, and his name is scobby. The name was taken from the popular cartoon movie called scobby-doo.

Yeah this is a clearer image of him. I had to call his name so that he could look up. Scobby is a cute dog but more of a security dog.

He is not friendly I must say even to me that is the owner. I can control him but he tends to want to attack if anybody tries to touch him. I don't know why he is like that. Moreover, nobody enters my house until I have locked him because I leave him to move freely all the time.

Anyway, I hope there would be electricity today so I can make some guitar vlogs to cover some songs and then share to the hive community. That's all for now, and I hope you all have a great day.
