END OF MONTH HIVE GROWTH REPORT - THOUGHTS AND PLANS ON BUILDING AND STAKING

Here comes the last day of january, with this month almost completely gone, I am writing this report to monitor my growth process in building my account and attaining a Hive power of 18K HP by the end of the year.

At the beginning of the month, I started with a Hive Power of 11,850 Hive after making a power up of 54 Hive and right now, I am now at 12,335 Hive Power. That is an increase of 485 Hive in a month. To some people, this may be a large increase while to some others, it is just a little amount but at least, I feel no matter how little or large, I am still progressing.

My present hive power

In one of my previous post, I talked about being able to earn at most 50 Hive Power a week, and maybe making 200 HP a month. But now, there is quite a significant difference because I chose to set most of my post to 100% HP.

I guess you might want to know the reasons for this

The reason is; I live on Hive, I find my means of living through what I earn on Hive so which the amount of HBD I earn, is quite enough for me live comfortable without any worries but the catch about being comfortable is that it affect progress at times.

My yesterday Sunday shoot

If I get all I want, then I would not be able to build or even keep enough HBD to convert to Hive at the end of the month. So I thought, why not go 100% HP. I have so many reasons why I need a much larger Hive Power asides from earning higher curation rewards, and to achieve this goal I just have to pay the little price that comes with it.

I have always thought of going back to leasing HP but there is quite a lot of stress there for me, because I would have to always curate, I cannot do delegation giveaways to support other authors, I have to power down very often to pay for the renewal of lease. As much as I want a high vote value, the stress involved would not let me take that step.

Asides that, during the time when I used to lease HP, a friend of Hive advised me that the best way to grow on Hive is it being an organic natural growth and since then, I decided to drop my leases and started building from the earnings I make on Hive.

I know that for many Nigerians out there, doing this step I am making is a though one because Hive comes as a means of survival and truth is at my stage of growth, it is very easy to get very dependent on Hive and don't look for other means and I don't want that. That's why I am building some personal skills of mine (real life) in which I can be able to get to work with those skills and earn money outside hive which would be useful to grow this account.

There is no Nigerian Hive whale account or even an orca account and that is because many of these rich nigerians are not exposed to Hive or what it offers at least, the biggest Nigerian account I have seen out there is @josediccus.

I envy the guy so much with all the effort he has placed in his account. This is why I took him to be my mentor and role model, following his footsteps towards being long term on Hive.

Now that I am in 12,335 HP can I make another 400 HP by the end of February? I totally hope so

THIS POST IS SET TO 100% HIVE POWER AS A STEP TO ACHIEVE 18K HP BEFORE YEAR ENDING
