At the beginning of this month, I started an initiative to support newbies and it has been going well so far even though all of them are not always following the requirements i.e powering up all your posts rewards for this month and they receive 3% of my post rewards beneficiary everyday which I have been faithful to.

Anyway that's not what we are here to talk about so let us go to the day's business. A week ago, I gave a task to the newbies in SMILE DISCORD SERVER to make a post of their goals for the month so they can have a clear vision of their journey this month. This is something I have been doing for a while and want to imbibe into the newbies as well. Moreover, you can check my goal post for the month of December here. Below are the goals of my newbies.

1. Objectives for the month of December| NEWBIES INITIATIVE [EP/ EN] By @gabrielazamora10

GOALS:

1. Increase her followers from 12 to 20 followers
2. Increase her Hive power from 20.035 to 100 HP
3. Increase her engagements by making more comments. She plans to hit 200 comments by month end from 80 comments.

OBJETIVOS:

1. Aumentar sus seguidores de 12 a 20 seguidores
2. Aumente su potencia de colmena de 20.035 a 100 HP
3. Aumentar sus compromisos haciendo más comentarios. Ella planea llegar a 200 comentarios al final del mes de 80 comentarios.

GOALS:

1. He sets a goal to make 700 Hive Power by month end
2. To grow his followers from 48 to 90 followers
3. Increasing his engagement by moving from 900 to 1500 comments by month end.

OBJETIVOS:
