FROM THE NEIGHBOUR'S POINT OF VIEW: OUR MUCH OF A DISTURBANCE I AM TO MY NEIGHBOURS
One thing I know about playing music is that it is very interesting when you make music in the night. I have often heard from professionals in music and instruments that the best time to rehearse your instrument is the night when there is no night so you can tend to build muscle memory, which would give you greater advantage, control and dominance over whatever instrument you are playing; i.e. you get to know your instrument very well.

On a Personal note, I love night rehearsing before I knew about this, because I get to hear myself very clearly than during the day when we have people awake and disturbing me with their voices and also errands from parents, can be annoying anytime I am rehearsing during the day; so I preferred night rehearsing.
In school, I rehearse in the night and most of my guitar covers on Hive were done in the night. Most times, I play my guitar out loud, and I love it that way. Although I can use it on only my headset and nobody would hear what I am playing but only me. Truth is, it is not sweet that way, I want everyone to hear me so that when I make a mistake most especially they would tell me.
My roommates, @mayorkeys and @heskay are musicians as well, so they are not disturbed by my music moreover, they also do the same thing as I do. And most of the times, we all chose to disturb the whole neighbours in the compound; @heskay and I would mount our guitar, @mayorkeys would mount his keyboard and we would invite @chosenfingers to come and sing for us.
It is usually fun anytime we do this 😂😂😂😂...

Now, let's answer some of the questions given by @mipiano given:
About that I was born in a musical family; My dad plays the keyboard, guitar, and even the trumpet; My elder brother plays the Bass Guitar, Keyboard, and the trumpet; while me, I am a guitarist but at some point in my life, I used to play the saxophone more than the way I played the guitar but somehow it later turns that I have a greater passion for the guitar than the Saxophone itself.
This was what killed my love for Saxophone; My mum always kept complaining anytime I rehearse at home with the Sax. She says it disturbs the peace of the house and I still don't know how it does. It is not that I was that bad playing the sax but she complains everytime.
If I played it in the morning, I would get complains; played in the afternoon; complains, If I ever tried playing it in the evening or night, na shout she go shout last last ; in English she would be shouting furiously.

When I take the saxophone to play in the morning, what I get as reply from my mum is; Don't you think it is too early to play the sax? .... If I refuse to drop the sax, then she would find a house chore or something to keep me busy from playing the sax; That thing dey vex me die.. meaning it makes me angry.
When I pick up the saxophone in the afternoon, what I get as a reply from my mum is; Don't you think the weather is too hot for your noise? People are busy with activities and you are here trying to give everyone headaches. Ah! it usually pain me oh.
Now Imagine me taking my saxophone to rehearse in the night

Now you must have understood the reason why I decided to drop sax and continued with my guitar even with that, it was not easy but thankfully, the guitar is not as loud as the sax and my dad is a guitarist as well so I had nothing to stop me from rehearsing with my guitar.
When we say practicing sessions, does it mean rehearsals of a groups of people or music band. If it is that, then as a guitarist, I listen a lot to practice sessions of my church band. It is not difficult to listen to them more than once. I cannot count how many times I have replayed recordings of practice sessions I have been to.
Listening to practice sessions is something of joy for me. Most times I use those recordings to practice and make my hands strong on the music played. What other way can we make a better guitarist if we don't find time to re-listen to practice sessions, note mistakes and how we can do better?
Smiles, my funny moment is almost exactly as what happed to @obaro in his post here. Reading his funny moment felt exactly as if he was telling my story, or could he? 🧐

Smiles, probably not.. Nothing is new under the sun, what can happen to A can also happen to B. So what was my funny moment?
It was a concert held in my church which happened few years ago, about 5 years ago. The concert had not started yet but was about starting. I was on the guitar freestyling and entertaining the people who had already arrived.
I got tired and wanted to sit, so I dropped my guitar and went to sit on the chair of the drums which was at the center of the stage. Unknowingly the chair was not proper set, I sat without checking and I fell backwards, hitting my back on the floor and my legs falling down the toms of the drum.
There was a clothing stage design behind me, and as I fell the design fell off on me. That design was what made the stage beautiful and money was spent on making it. Immediately I fell, I started laughing, because the people were laughing as I fell.
Do you know the reason of my laugh, so that it would not pain me because if I did not laugh and being told sorry numerous times, I could have cried... (not really cried like a baby though, but tears would have rolled out from my eyes) because it really pained me.
I literally played rubbish from the beginning of the concert to the end because my mood was spoilt by the incident that happened. it is something that I can never forget and now something I laugh at when I think of it.
Talking about loud music, I prefer listening to music via airpods. It lets me hear everything I need on the dynamics on how the music was made. Loud Music would be too loud to really hear everything I need to hear. Although, if I am not scoring a song, then I do not mind if it is loud music but when I really want to know a song or score the song, I prefer when it is on handsfree.
