IF LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS, LEARN TO MAKE LEMONADE || ENERGY REFILL
After a long break since I last participated in this weekly contest by @tripode. I have chosen to not miss this awesome Energy Refill topic that says: If life gives you Lemons, Learn to make Lemonade.
The quote simply mean being able to turn your difficult situation for the better. Lemons describe to be something bitter and sour, while lemonade is to be something sweet.
In other to achieve the instruction of the quote, it would be best for one to know how Lemonade is made. Funny, I won't teach you how to actually make the lemonade but how to turn your difficult situation for better.
1. Seeing yourself above every difficulty no matter the situation.
This is a very key feature to note when trying to change your life around. A problem can't be solved if you see as something above your capability. Truely, it may look so but believing it is not goes a long way.
2. No Difficulty Last Forever
This is the next important thing to note after believing you are above your difficulties. All you have to do is not taking the problems in your life as something normal.
Taking poverty for instance, many have taken their position in poverty as never ending. They have gotten so used to it and feel since they were born in poverty, being rich is not something they can attain.
So having the idea that change can occur is just an additional ingredient in making lemonades from lemon.
3. Be Optimistic and Believe in yourself.

Being full of optimism is just another special ingredients necessary for making lemonades. Someone who is not optimistic and believing in his/her abilities would get comfortable with their problems. Without having this particular ingredient, it is impossible to possess the ingredients listed above.
4. Utilize your thinking capability.
The greatest gift that man has is the ability to think. The power of the mind and its utilisation is the next key ingredient into achieving lemonades from lemons.

Being able to meditate about solutions to our difficulties makes this possible. When we reason all ways to make what we want, we would definitely find a particular way that works.
Today, many problems varying from transportation, medicine/healthcare, food, clothing have been solved by people utilising their mind into solving those problems.
5. Be social and reach out to others

Being social and making friends let's one get to know more people which thereby builds connection. Moreover, there is a saying that connection brings opportunities. So it is important to socialise with others and don't be alone.
It is said, no man is an Island of knowledge. Therefore reaching out to others who we may think can provide advices and solutions is another key ingredients to making lemonade. We may have people who have the solution in their hands but yet they don't know what condition we are in. So it is left for us to reach out to them and share our situation. This makes me remember if the quote "A problem shared, is half way solved".
6. Hold on to opportunities and utilise them.
Opportunities are the major game changer into turning one's life around but utilising them, is just the major ingredient needed.
After applying the already listed ingredient above, there are high probability that opportunities would come by and being able to identify and utilise them is needed.

One should hold on to every opportunity that comes by because they don't always come frequently which is the reason why people say: "Opportunities Comes but Once."
In Conclusion, these ingredients listed above are just the way I transform lemons to lemonade. There are different methods depending on the author but there is one thing that would always be common in all methods is "Believing in yourself and being Optimistic."** it is an important ingredients in the transformation. I leave you with a message: "Success comes only to those who finds it and believes in themselves."
I would definitely love to see the posts of @awilhelm @susanarincon @shawnlauzon on this topic. You all should feel free to hop on it.
