Last week, I came up with a personal initiative to mentor and support newbies. You can check the posts here. I got a few of them who were interested but I needed those who were more than just interested and would be serious about. So, I gave a task to 5 newbies and anyone interested to make a participation post. I got 3 entries and below are the newbies who made their participation post.

4. Newbies initiative: My introductory participation post By @dwixer

At the moment of publication @dwixer has a rep of 63, though it is above the newbie category but was considered because he has a HP less then 500 Hive Power (386.33 to be exact). Below is his details.

BENEFITS OF PARTAKING IN THIS INITIATIVE

--Newbies would be set as 3% beneficiary of my post rewards, (this means you will earn 3% of everything that I earn) so they can earn some liquid hive in their wallet.

--Newbies would receive 50% of my autovote i.e $0.02+ on two publications you make daily, if so far my voting power isn't below 80%.

--You can ask anything you want about Hive or blogging related in our SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-chat under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category.

--In completing these tasks, I will give 2 HBI units at the end of everyweek to each participating newbie. This is limited to those who successfully publish everyday in the week.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTAKE

Set your rewards to 100% Hive Power in order to build the account and solve the issue with resource credits. I will explain how that can be done if you don´t know.

--Participating newbies are expected to publish everyday, at least one post a day. This is very possible to attain, that's why I would recommend joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.

--Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-posts under the "NEWBIES INITIATIVE" category in which newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. I will be on the look out for healthy comments and supporting them either through upvotes or tips via @peakd tipping system.

La semana pasada, se me ocurrió una iniciativa personal para guiar y apoyar a los novatos. Puede consultar las publicaciones aquí. Conseguí algunos de ellos que estaban interesados, pero necesitaba aquellos que estuvieran más que interesados ​​y que fueran serios. BENEFICIOS DE PARTICIPAR EN ESTA INICIATIVA

REQUISITOS PARA PARTICIPAR
