In the world we have today, a person can either be a thinker or doer or probably be both but would have a high proportion of one to the other. A thinker is someone who is good at making creative ideas that can be of great help while the doer is someone who is good at executing these ideas and making sure they come into reality.

Most of the innovations we have today were first thought through before they were ever built. It all came as an idea to a person which we can describe as the thinker and then it was brought to reality by the doer. We can say most of the engineers we have now are what we call doers. Not all of them are necessary thinkers but they are all doers because they have the necessary skill to create, develop and build those ideas into reality.

These two skill is very important in Getting Things Done, and having a productive life which is why these two skills are very important. If you ask me what am I? I am more of a thinker than a doer, I am good at bringing out great ideas but most times I have noticed that I flaw at getting my ideas to reality.

It is important to know where you stand strong so that you would know how best to build the other. Check yourself out, recognize which part you know you are weak at and try to build it. Admitting is the first step to building the other part. This is necessary because if you don't know where you stand strong or weak, you would have serious problems getting things done. I would love to know, are you a thinker or a Doer?
