In the past week and a few days, I had not been well. I had been laying sick struggling with breathing and eating, most especially with fever. Now that I am better, I kept asking myself; What is Wealth without Health? Does it matter if you have all the money in the world and your health is at risk? Why do we have the money? isn't it to take care of ourselves but now reason those who may not have the money, we have a different scenario.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

This is a popular term that is used most of the time and it is true. We need to take care of our body, and our health if at all we want to make use of what we have left in the world. We need to give ourselves enough rest and also not hesitate in spending our money when it comes to health-related matters.

When I was younger, I didn't really understand this context because I knew to put my health on the line to keep my savings. Don't mind me, I was little then and didn't have much sense. Let's just say that I was an economist, and a little stingy to myself. If I had a goal in my savings I always wanted nothing to hold me back from achieving it but as they say, we understand life better the older we grow, we get to see our mistakes and learn from them.

Now ask yourself, how well are you taking care of yourself? Nothing is too expensive to keep you healthy, most especially, to make you look good.
